What is LevlUp?

LevlUp is a drink powder in many different flavors. In combination with water, it creates a unique gaming booster® that supports your performance and lets you focus even better on the essentials.

From what age on can you drink LevlUp?
There are no restrictions on the sale of caffeinated beverages from the government and regulatory side here. Adolescents & pregnant women should consume caffeinated beverages only under supervision as a matter of principle. Therefore, we recommend the consumption of LevlUp from the age of 16.
How much LevlUp can I drink in a day?

The daily recommended serving is equal to 1 x 8 grams (8 grams = one heaping scoop). This recommended daily consumption amount should not be exceeded. You can, however, divide this amount into several servings (eg. 2x 4 grams).
Note: Increased caffeine content (250 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers. We recommend consumption from 16 years.

Sparkling water or still water?
We recommend still water so you can shake properly. If you want to use sparkling water, then please mix only with a spoon and do not shake.
What are the differences between the shakers?
Our shakers differ in shape, size and design. Nevertheless, you can enjoy a large serving (8g LevlUp - 500ml water) in all shakers. You can find all shakers HERE.
What does it mean when an item is out of stock?
We always try to have all flavors in stock at our logistics center, however, if there are a lot of orders or delays in production, your favorite flavor may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform all newsletter subscribers immediately in case of reavailability, so best sign up HERE for the LevlUp newsletter right now!
How long does it take for an item to be back in stock?
This is difficult to say in general. Usually it takes about 2-3 weeks until an item is available again, but the availability depends on various factors.

One serving of LevlUp Gaming Booster (8g LevlUp + 500ml water) contains 250mg of caffeine. For comparison: the same amount of coffee contains about 200mg.

One tub of LevlUp contains 320g of drink powder. At 8 grams of LevlUp to 500ml of water, that equals 40 powerful servings of your favorite gaming booster.

Why are the LevlUp tubs “half full”?
The filling height of the tubs is due to technical reasons. When filling the tub, the powder is not always evenly distributed. In order to be able to ensure proper application of the fresh foil, a certain minimum distance from the powder to the edge of the tub must be guaranteed. However, your tub always contains 320 grams.
Is there always a measuring spoon included?
In each tub of LevlUp there is a measuring spoon. Sometimes this slips a little deeper into the tub. Gently stir through the tub with a dry teaspoon and you should find it.
Why is there a hole in the protective film of my tub?
First of all, don't worry! The hole in your tub is a safety and quality feature: during production, some tubs are provided with a hole to ensure proper pressure equalization. So the hole is intentional and completely harmless.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?
We ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with all details including the tracking number. With the help of this you can monitor your package at any time.
If you have placed your order from a European country, you can view information about payments, delivery times, delivery costs and other shipping information HERE.

How can I track my order?
As soon as we receive your payment, your package will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Then you will immediately receive a shipping notification with tracking information.
Is my order already on its way?
If you have not received a shipment notification yet, your package is still being processed. As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, we will inform you by email.
I have transferred, why do I not get a shipping notification?
The processing of a normal bank transfer usually takes up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). If a typing error has crept into the reason for payment, your payment cannot be assigned and will be automatically credited back to your account. Then you can transfer the amount due again within the 14-day payment period.
Several days after the shipping confirmation, my package has not been delivered.

If you have not received another email from us regarding your package status after several days after receiving the shipment notification, it may be that your package is waiting to be picked up at a branch. Therefore, it is best to check the shipment tracking status or reach out to our customer service team.
In rare cases it can happen that your package is lost or damaged on the way to you.

My package was delivered. But I have not received it.
If your package is indicated as delivered, first ask your neighbors and family members if they have accepted your package for you. In addition, it may be that a desired delivery location has been selected for your address - in this case you will find your package at this location. If you still cannot find the package, you can contact us.
How can I change my delivery address?

Placed orders will be immediately prepared for you. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to make any changes to your order.

When will my package be sent off?

How can I cancel my order?

My order was automatically cancelled. Why?
If we do not receive payment within the 14-day payment period, our system will automatically cancel the order. There may also have been a typing error in the reason for payment. In such cases, our system can not assign the order to the transfer.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, you can write to us here and inform us of your return request. We will then collect your return information and send you the necessary information.
Can I return items that have already been used / opened?
Please note that we can only take back originally sealed LevlUp products. If you have already opened your LevlUp products, a refund is excluded.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
From the moment the parcel has been received in our warehouse, we will process your return within fourteen working days. Our team will notify you via email when the parcel has been processed. Once we have processed your return it may take up to five working days before you receive the refund on your bank account.

Order - Other Questions

I received an email that my order is incomplete.
This email means that we wanted to inform you that you still have an open shopping cart stored with us. If you have already ordered and received an order confirmation, don't worry - your order is being processed.
There was an error with my order / I do not see my order.

Can I use the PayPal payment after 14 days service?
Of course you can use this service from PayPal. We will still send your package to you immediately, because we receive your payment directly from PayPal.
I cannot pay with Paypal.

Difference between SEPA & SOFORT Bank Transfer.

A SEPA bank transfer is a standard bank transfer and can be made by you using a transfer form or online banking. Fill out the payment instructions sent to you. Make sure to indicate the correct reason for payment.
A SOFORT transfer is an electronic direct transfer via a third party payment provider. Here you have to follow the instructions of the appearing link within one hour.

How long does a transfer take?
The transfer time varies from bank to bank. It can take up to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
I have transferred, why do I not get a shipping confirmation?

I have a question about my bank transfer.

Then keep an eye on your mailbox for an e-mail from Adyen, containing your details and the payment request, to complete your order. Also check your spam/junk inbox.
Once your bank has approved the payment and transferred the money to LevlUp, we will start packing your order and send you a confirmation email when it has been shipped, including a tracking link.
Please note , it can take 2-3 days for your payment to be made. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, the order will be cancelled.

I have a question about my credit card payment.
At LevlUp you can pay with the new and even more secure methods of Eurocard/MasterCard Securecode and Verified by Visa. If a payment method with a credit card is chosen, the conditions of the relevant card issuer apply. LevlUp is not a party to the relationship between you and the card issuer. During the ordering process you can choose to pay by credit card. The bank will then authorize the payment and we will immediately send your order.
I have a question about Google Pay.

Paying via Google Pay is quick and easy. During the order process you select Google Pay and are instantly taken to your Google Pay account to make the payment.

Can I use an Amazon coupon/gift card?
Payment with a gift voucher via Amazon Pay is unfortunately not possible, as these vouchers can only be redeemed on amazon.de.
I cannot pay with Amazon Pay.

Shipping information

What is LevlUp Priority Shipping?
Your package will be sent prioritized before all standard deliveries. This way we guarantee you an even faster shipping. This happens only after receipt of payment and is valid in all shipping countries of LevlUp. As soon as you have received a shipping confirmation, the carrier will transport your package on the regular shipping route.
Can I send my order to a packing station?
No, this is unfortunately not possible.
How much is the shipping to my country?
The exact shipping rates will be calculated during your checkout for your shipping address. Additionally, you can see all rates on our PAYMENT & SHIPPING page.

About the LevlUp VIP Club

When will my points be credited?
Points you can earn from certain promotions on our Club page will be credited immediately. Points on orders will be credited only after your order has been shipped.
I am missing points, where are they?
Points will be automatically credited to the account you specified when placing the order or to the account you are logged in to. Points for orders will be credited to your points account only after your order has been shipped.
What does the 'not registered level' mean?
This means that you have not yet been automatically registered in our loyalty points system. Please contact our customer support and they will register you manually.
I placed an order but was not logged in. Do I still get the points?
The points will be credited to the email address you entered when placing your order. If you have now entered the same email address in the checkout with which you have already placed other orders, the points will be credited.
Can I get points for previous orders?
Due to technical limitations, it is not possible to receive points for orders placed before registering for the loyalty points program.
During discount deals, are there points relative to the discounted or non-discounted price?
The points are always displayed in relation to the real shopping cart.
Is it worth saving points because there could be new rewards as well?
Of course, we always want to offer something new to our community and that's why we keep adding new discounts and rewards. What your heart desires the most, you have to know yourself.

Will the maximum level also be increased?

If I reach the maximum level, do I still get new rewards?
Even when you reach the maximum level, the fun doesn't stop and you can keep earning points for cool rewards!
What happens to my points when I return an order?
If you return your order (even partially), all points of this order will be deducted from your points balance again.
Will I get my points back when I return rewards I have received?
No, redeemed points will be converted into discount codes for our store and can not be credited back. It doesn't matter if you used the discount code or returned the item for a full refund.
What happens if I skip a VIP level?
You will then receive credit for all previous levels as well.
What if there is a problem with the products from the loyalty program?
All products from the loyalty program are free loyalty prizes that you can redeem with us. If in a rare case the product turns out to be damaged, please contact our customer support. The VIP drops (e.g. the shakers) are decorative items, i.e. they are not meant to be consumed with drinks.
